No Equipment Total Body Workout for a Beach Body

Home no equipment workouts don’t need to take hours. This fast and effective no equipment workout will get your heart rate up and sweat flowing.

If you missed workout session 1 it doesn’t matter. You can do these total body workouts in any order.

How to do this home no equipment workout

No equipment’s needed, just follow along with these quick but effective exercises that involve no equipment and minimal time to maintain that summer beach body (that doesn’t mean it’ll undo any vacation overeating).

It doesn’t matter what order you do the workouts in. These quick bodyweight exercises will help you to stay in shape and bikini ready all Summer long. These home workouts can be made into 4 or 10 minute routines. Meaning that you can do them anytime, anyplace, no excuses! During sunset on the beach, on your hotel balcony, poolside, in the park with friends, wherever you feel like it.

Simply watch the video so that you know what each exercise involves and then just screenshot or save the workout plan below so you have it on your phone to look at whenever you want to workout.

There are 2 options as to how you do these home no equipment workout sessions

You can choose which version you want to do. Reps are done faster than normal to get the heart rate up.

  1. Perform as many reps as possible in 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds before moving onto the next exercise.
  2. Perform as many reps as possible in 1 minute and rest for 30 seconds before moving onto the next exercise.

Time in seconds : 20 on I 10 rest or 60:30

  1. Warm-Up (brisk walk/light jog/jumping jacks, neck, shoulder and arm circles).
  2. Step Back Lunges
  3. Jump Squats
  4. Sumo Squat Static Hold
  5. Burpees
  6. Narrow Push Ups
  7. Plank With Level Changes
  8. Ab Double Leg & Arm Stretch
  9. Squats Down The StairsCool Down (Static stretch chest, triceps, quads and butt)
