  • 1 ripe banana
  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup hazelnuts
  • ½ cup honey or agave
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder

Directions

  1. Roast hazelnuts in a dry pan or in the oven
  2. De-skin the hazelnuts by wrapping a kitchen towel around the roasted nuts and rubbing until all the skins are removed.
  3. Put the hazelnuts in a blender and blend hazelnuts into a paste.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend together until smooth and creamy.
