How to Workout Your Entire Body Without A Gym or Dumbbell

A home workout routine means you can get a great full body workout in wherever you are. No Gym, no problem. Here are 7 exercises for a full body workout that’s quick but effective and a great way to sneak a workout into a busy routine.

Your body responds to change and new challenges. I travel about 5 months of the year so I have to get creative with my training for when gyms and time is limited. Which is why there are so many short, no equipment, at home workouts on this blog.

As a WBFF Pro & NASM certified trainer excuses won’t cut it, I have to make it work. I get incredibly bored with training. I‘m not one of those people that loves going to the gym or finds it fun. But I do find that at least trying something new helps to keep me motivated and healthy which is why we’re doing it in the first place.

7 Exercises to Work Your Whole Body

  1. Single Leg Knee Ups
  2. Forward & Back Lunges
  3. Curtsey Lunges
  4. Single Leg Deadlifts (with or without dumbbells)
  5. Plank Push-Ups
  6. Superman
  7. Side Plank

At Home Workout Exercise modifications

Make this full body workout easier or harder by doing any of the following:

  • Feel free to add dumbbells, barbells, or a weighted vest if you have them and want an extra challenge.
  • Perform each exercise for the duration of your choice.
  • Perform as a circuit as many times as you like if you have more time.
