Valentine’s Day wasn’t the same yesterday, as hard as we tried to make it special but I couldn’t miss sharing some of my favorite memories. In sickness and in health, through the good times and the bad 💘 Not our anniversary, this is a Valentines Day post.

How can I fit his life into so few words and photos and do him justice but I’ll try.

We rescued our beautiful baby boy and his brother 14 years ago when they were just 6 weeks old and he started off shy to becoming my shadow, best friend and empath each and every day. I could write a book on our adventures. If we said ow or broke something he came running to check on us. He would run to greet me at the door as soon as he heard my car coming down the road (he was that smart) and I don’t think he’s missed a video or unboxing in the last couple of years since I started doing them. If there was a ring light and a box, he was there!

He’s slept on my feet since the very 1st night, sitting on my arms while I try to type, meowing at the shower or bathroom door if we were apart, playing with my hair elastics and hair grips, testing our speed to stop him eating plastic, cuddling on the blanket with his brother, Lewis and I watching TV. We were inseparable. Especially after his 1st fight with cancer and surgery 5 years ago, it was like he knew we were trying to help. He was such a fighter and the vet said he survived Lymphoma longer than any other cat he knew. Unfortunately he lost the fight on Wednesday February 12th.

We didn’t have babies so these boys were ours and we poured our love into them. He was so loved and it feels so empty now he’s gone but he truly gave us the warmest, most loving home and the very best memories 💕

For 2025, one of the major trends we saw on the runways was personal touches. It’s about taking something and styling it in a way that makes it unique to you and your voice and being brave enough to do so.

On a different note, this one of the 1st raw fashion photos I’ve posted straight from my iPhone camera in a while. Has anyone else noticed Lightroom, FaceTune, etc all making photos look flat and degraded recently? I’ve never had this issue with Lightroom before and am downloading at max resolution.
