I understand that life happens and try to be as flexible as possible in all situations. And I know that sometimes things come up last minute. However, I ask that clients please let me know at least 24 hours in advance if possible that they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. Appointments cancelled the day of will be expected to pay half of the appointment cost.
No call/no show appointments will be expected to pay for 100% of the appointment cost. I have a waitlist of people waiting to get in and it is not fair that that time slot could have gone to someone else, yet it was saved for someone who did not show.
Due to the way my appointments are booked, especially during busy seasons, clients who are 15 minutes or later to their appointments may be asked to reschedule. Even with notification, it is hard for me to make up for that lost time and I do not want that to trickle into my next appointment and keep them waiting. Thank you for your understanding.

Yes. For each referral a client sends, they will receive $20 off as well as the client they have referred (on their first visit).
