If you’ve been eyeing Stone Cold Fox dresses, you’re probably wondering whether they’re actually worth the investment. They’re definitely not cheap, so before spending several hundred dollars on a dress, I wanted to answer the same questions I had before ordering: How’s the quality? Does the sizing run true to size? And are Stone Cold Fox dresses really worth the investment? To find out, I ordered four different Stone Cold Fox dresses, including the same lace mini dress in both an XS and XXS to compare the fit, quality and overall value. In this Stone Cold Fox review, I’m sharing my honest thoughts on the sizing, craftsmanship and whether I’d actually recommend adding Stone Cold Fox clothing to your wardrobe.

My Experience Ordering Stone Cold Fox Dresses
The hardest part is deciding what to order as this brand has so much cute stuff. I tend to gravitate towards dresses as I find them so easy to throw on and go, I’m not trying to coordinate pieces. I ordered all of my Stone Cold Fox dresses from REVOLVE as they offer free shipping and returns. Full disclosure, I also receive many items as gifted products through my role as a Revolve Ambassador. Stone Cold Fox Sizing
This is where it gets a little tricky. I found the sizing varied between styles, so I relied heavily on the customer reviews before ordering. When I followed the sizing advice, each dress fit like a glove. I sized down to a XXS in 3 of the dresses as most people said they ran big, but ordered my usual size XS in one style and that fit perfectly.
For reference, I’m 5’2, size 0/XS, 32D.
Stone Cold Fox Dress Quality
I always think the price should reflect the quality, and Stone Cold Fox clothing does exactly that. 3 of the 4 dresses were lined, the zippers felt good quality, and seams were well done.

Stone Cold Fox X Revolve Gini Mini Dress
This is the style I ordered the XS and XXS in as there were no reviews to gauge it by. Both of them fit fine lengthwise but the waist, hips, and back gaped on the XS, so I stuck with the XXS. This dress is one of those that’s business in the front, party in the back, elegant but still sexy. It’s fully lined, has a hidden zipper that’s easy enough to do up yourself, and I absolutely adore it with a slick back and pearl or gold jewelry. It is hand wash or dry clean so be prepared for that and it’s backless so you’re not going to be able to wear a regular bra with this. On the plus side it doesn’t need steaming or ironing. This is one of those dresses I’ll wear to drinks with the girls or date night dinner. If you’re tall you might prefer the Gini romper which looks exactly the same but is shorts instead of a skirt.
Stone Cold Fox X Revolve Ollie Mini Dress
I thought I liked the Gini mini dress but I love the Ollie mini dress. It makes me feel feminine, sophisticated and sexy all at the same time. It doesn’t need ironing but you might need help with the dainty buttons at the neck. The neckline is my favorite part. I always find halter necks to be one of the most flattering styles on the arms and shoulders. Petite approved and 100% a keeper.
Stone Cold Fox X Revolve Aariyah Mini Dress
I got this white knit mini dress as a casual day dress to just throw on and go with it’s pull on styling. It doesn’t have the wow factor of the 2 lace Stone Cold dresses but it’s still cute and more importantly comfortable for the day. One thing to note is how low the neckline is when choosing your bra. I found this ran big, as the XXS was the perfect fit.
Stone Cold Fox X Revolve Hannah Mini Dress
I’ve worn this several times already to lunch, brunch, and appointments as it’s so versatile. It feels cute but chic, and the black and white makes styling easy. I’m wearing my usual size XS in this and it’s perfection. I like that you don’t have to fiddle with the buttons to put it on as there’s a hidden zipper at the back and the high neck and back makes it easy to wear a bra with. This one does need steaming or ironing as the top part is linen and the poplin skirt is mainly cotton.
Are Stone Cold Fox Dresses Worth It?
This depends on your budget and how much you’ll wear them. While my lace Stone Cold Fox dresses won’t get as much wear as the day dresses, they have a wow factor and most importantly, they also feel really beautiful to wear which makes them worth it to me. The day dresses will end up costing very little per wear because I know I’ll reach for them again and again. If you’ve been thinking about buying Stone Cold Fox dresses or outfits I’d say go for it. You have nothing to lose when you order from Revolve as they offer free shipping and returns.
Would I buy from Stone Cold Fox again?
Absolutely. After trying four very different styles, I’d happily order from Stone Cold Fox again. I’ll update this review as new pieces come in. The sizing does vary, so I’d always read the reviews before choosing a size, but overall I was impressed with the quality, fit and attention to detail. I’d have no hesitation recommending the brand if you’re looking for feminine, beautifully made dresses that feel special to wear.
