Versace 2025 prints and Versace have been one of my favorite prints and designers for a long time and their latest ready to wear collection was one of my favorites yet. I love everything about their unapologetically bold Versace prints, bright colors, safety pin dresses and gold detailing. As well as the feminine cuts and accessories still happening. Donatella Versace’s not known for being subtle but for her instantly recognizable statement pieces and the newest Versace collection, prints and Versace 2 piece outfits are no different.

History of Versace prints | The difference between women’s Versace prints over the last few years
Versace prints are always bold and eye catching but change from year to year. Here’s a look back at the last decade through to Versace 2025.
Versace print 2021
Donatella Versace wanted the Versace 2021 collection to reflect the deep changes people have undergone over the last 18 months.
Donatella is always glam and her vision keeps the brand true to their roots. The ‘Trésor de la Mer’ starfish print isn’t new to Versace and I love the reimagined versions of it. The Versace 2 piece outfits, dresses and separates are so timely and beachy while we’re all dreaming of or planning our next vacation. They’re pure, beautiful escapism.
Spring Summer 2021 Versace prints and very different to the sparkly Versace 2023 prints and had lots of deep blue, oceanic Versace prints with:
…starfish, coral, and seashell motifs from Gianni Versace’s ‘trésor de la mer’ collection for Spring 1992.

Versace Prints & Outfits 2022
For Versace Spring Summer 2022 it was more about the 90’s resurgence and bringing back bold colors, cut outs and gold medusa safety pins. Think Liz Hurley’s infamous Versace safety pin dress from the 90’s with some ’22 flair along with platform shoes and gold hardware.
There was lots of solid black, bright turquoise, yellow, pink, lime green and orange not just prints. The 2022 Versace prints went somewhat away from oceanic and were floral and Grecian.
Versace Prints & Outfits 2023
Versace prints and outfits in 2023 were just as colorful and motif heavy. Although there was also a lot of solid colors like magenta, black and neon green. Some of the classic Versace prints like La Greca and Barocco, were been joined by a colorful orchid print and Versace all over name print. With lots of velvet and metallics entering the mix too.
Versace Prints & Outfits 2024
Versace’s prints and outfits for 2024 went back to more of a beachy, underwater vibe. The Versace 2024 sea print was seen in both a red and pink print and more muted pale blue and grey featuring coral, star fish, shells and the iconic medusa head in the La Vacanza collection.
As well as the classic Versace Barocco print in pale pink and grey and yellow and black and white and yellow la Coupe de Dieux we all know and love.
The styles ranged from classic cap sleeve, belted dresses and pleated skirts to their bralette tops which seem to be in every collection, every year. Along with beach coverups, swimwear and colorful heels.
Versace Prints & Outfits 2025
For Versace 2025 we are seeing a mix of:
- Leopard print.
- Chain prints.
- Cielo Stellato design (crystal studs and metal mesh bows in a starry sky motif).
- La Coupe des Dieux print in pale blue with Barocco and classical motifs.
- The return of the classic safety pin dress.
- Strawberry print.
I’ve been leaning into the leopard print trend for the last couple of seasons as they can be such statement pieces and always make me feel more confident.
Some of my favorite Versace 2025 pieces are the feminine and glam crystal studded Cielo Stellato Wool Crêpe Mini Dress. The slinky, body skimming Versace safety pin midi dress. The Versace leopard print midi dress for a sexy statement dress and the pretty pale blue La Coupe des Dieux mini dress which would be a beautiful and elegant option for the horse races.
How to wear Versace in 2025
The easiest way to get the Versace 2025 look is to style one of their statement dresses or a Versace 2 piece outfit with pretty much anything from slide sandals to heels. Add a Versace bag in a complimentary color and call it a day. The 2025 collection is a mix of such pretty, soft and feminine pieces to more bold, confident statement pieces that look gorgeous however you wear them. Layer some gold necklaces and bracelets strappy sandals to complete these ultra femme Versace looks.
A more classic Versace style is the Versace iconic safety pin dress which comes in different lengths and safety pin colors like the on trend candy pink safety pin gown. I’m so glad they brought back their safety pin dresses in the Versace 2025 collection. As they’d been missing last year.
You could also get a statement making gold Versace Medusa safety pin brooch to add to any of your cut out dresses and blazers. This is definitely the most affordable way to add Versace to your 2025 looks.

A Reflection and Reinvention of Versace
Versace Spring 1992 ready to wear collection is still one of my favorite Versace collections to date and those voluminous skirts are all back in fashion again now. I’d wear everything from that runway show today. They did another revival of the ‘sea-centric’ detailing and shell print in 2017 which was also stunning but the 92′ and ’21 collections are my favorite as they’re so feminine, dreamlike and luxe.

What’s Fendace
Fendace was the latest collaboration between the 2 fashion powerhouses Fendi and Versace – Fendace. It doesn’t look like there’s a new Fendi X Versace collection coming unfortunately. The last one was so fun, so I hope another collections in the works.
