We’ve all had that occasional embarrassing zit that tends to pop up whenever we have something important planned or after that extra glass of wine or a hormonal breakout. So what’s the best cruelty-free acne treatments and fast acting products to get rid of spots and pimples quickly? Keep reading.
Whatever their cause, whether it’s your hormones, stress, pollution, the wrong products for your skin, over cleaning, harsh cleaning, food intolerances, or too much sugar, spots and acne are never welcome!

What are the best pimple spot treatment and cruelty-free acne treatment for adults?
A good place to start with fighting adult acne and breakouts holistically is by:
- Reducing sugar
- Changing our skincare and laundry products
- Cleaning more gently
- Getting professional help with our hormones
However, this blog post would be a book if I write about them all and that doesn’t help with breakouts we’re dealing with now. While cruelty-free beauty and skincare is my area, I don’t know enough about hormones to talk about them. So I’m just going to focus on the best pimple spot treatments and cruelty-free acne products that are our heroes when it comes to trying to get rid of spots as fast as possible so we can get on with our lives.
Start with clean skin
It sounds obvious but even the best pimple spot treatment in the world won’t work optimally on dirty, congested skin. Start with a hygienic gentle deep cleaning to prep your skin as best possible so you’re spot treatment can really penetrate your skin. Plus it helps prevent future spots.
Foreo Luna 3 which comes in 3 varieties for sensitive, normal or combination skin is a hygienic and effective way to deep cleanse skin twice a day. I was using a brush style version of this before but there were a few things I didn’t love about it. It had a super bulky charger, the bristles got dirty from my makeup, the brush heads need changing and I couldn’t travel with it as the brushes take too long to dry to pack.
I was introduced to Foreo at the Influencer Lab at Nordstroms and started using the combination skin version over 3 years ago now. Another cleansing essential of mine is the mini Foreo to travel with. I love techy stuff. That is to say, when it’s easy to use, otherwise I end up frustrated and can’t be bothered with it. You can use your Foreo without the app but the beauty of the app for me is the massages! I’m not kidding, this is my new favorite part of my evening beauty routine.
After doing the quick 1 minute cleanse, you select the facial massage you want from eye contour to lip contour or full face contour massage which help your products absorb better. I’ve also been using the contour function in the morning to help perk up my eyes.

Non drying fast pimple spot treatments
If you find patches too drying, dry ZIIP Dot. I prefer using this as it doesn’t leave my skin with dry, flaky patches. It also only takes 90 seconds to use. It’s not a miracle but I find my spots tend to go within 3-4 days of using this on it.
Try blue light therapy for natural adult acne and spot treatment
