I put LED Esthetics Glotech Pro Mask + Collar Review to the test. Does it work? CurrentBody VS Glotech which is better?
LED Esthetics Glotech Pro mask is the latest red light therapy mask I’ve tried. This time I got the red light therapy neck collar as well. Because I’ve been neglecting the skin on my neck and decolletage and giving my face all of the attention. Plus it’s cheaper if you buy the Glotech mask and collar as a bundle. Keep scrolling for the LED Esthetics Glotech discount code. Glotech uses red, blue and near infrared light technology and red light mask benefits are supposed to include total skin renewal, at a cellular level and visible results within as little as 3 weeks, so we’ll see if it lives up to their anti-aging claims. In this Glotech Pro mask review I’m covering everything:
- Is LED Esthetics mask the best at home red light therapy mask?
- Which is better? LED Esthetics Glotech mask VS CurrentBody.
- Tips for using your Glotech LED mask.
- Glotech mask before and after photos and videos.
- Is the Ageless Complex Serum with Bukuchiol and Vitamin C any good?
- Does the Glotech mask and collar work?
- Can you use red light therapy masks with retinol?
- Plus all of the other questions I could think of to answer.

LED Esthetics Glotech mask + collar review
Glotech at home LED mask uses red, blue and near infrared light technology. The infrared and red light mask benefits are supposed to provide total skin renewal, at a cellular level within as little as 3 weeks. It’s also supposed to provide visible results that include reducing wrinkles and fine lines, increased collagen production, improved radiance and texture, and to fade sun damage.
I’m really hoping it does fade sun damage as I have a large sun spot on my collar bone, which is why I wanted to try the neck collar.
Wheras the blue light therapy is clear acne and rejuvenate your skin with clinically-proven wavelengths of red, blue and near infrared light.
I’m going to start with the red light therapy which is the anti-aging button, that will light up when it’s on as well as the whole mask going red. If you want the blue light treatment just press the anti-acne button instead. So we’ll see if it lives up to their anti aging claims.

LED Esthetics Ageless Complex Serum
I’m going to use it along with their cruelty free Ageless complex serum which has Bukuchiol and Vitamin C forc color correcting and hyaluronic acid to plump and hydrate. The serum has been specially formulated with activated ingredients to boost the color-corrective effects of your Glotech™ device and supercharge your LED treatments.
LED Esthetics recommend applying the Vitamin C Ageless Complex immediately before your daily Glotech™ sessions. It smells really lovely, with a light fresh and floral fragrance that isn’t overpowering. One of the things I really like about it is that it absorbs really quickly and doesn’t leave you with a greasy or sticky residue that would get all over your LED mask.
I’m a big believer in serums and this one fights hyperpigmentation, sun damage, and age spots. So it should make the LED mask, that much more effective.
How to use Glotech™ Pro Mask + Collar red light therapy mask
LED Esthetics say that you only need to use the Glotech LED mask for 10 minutes a day and that the results are so good, you have to see it to believe it. Let’s see…
The LED Mask and collar is super easy to use. For the best results from your Glotech mask:
- Charge your mask overnight when you first get it. When it’s charging the light will flash, when it’s charged the light will go solid green.
- Clean and dry your face.
- I like to tie my hair up so it doesn’t get caught in the velcro.
- Apply the Anti Aging complex serum.
- Slip the collar around your neck and fasten with the strap.
- Insert eye pads into mask if you want to. Place the LED face mask over your head and secure with the strap.
- Turn on the neck collar by pushing the button in the middle of the wire until the lights turn red.
- Turn on the LED mask by pressing either the anti-aging for the red light and infrared light treatment or the anti-acne button for the blue light therapy.
- Relax for 10 minutes. The masks will automatically shut off after this time.
- Wipe the inside of your mask.
- Finish the rest of your daily skincare ritual.
TIP: don’t wear press on nails, as you’ll probably lose them doing this as the straps can be quite fiddly to attach and fasten.
You shouldn’t be able to feel anything while doing the mask. There’s no heat or tingle or anything else. So it’s easy to watch TV or take a nap, etc.
Why I think investing in the red light therapy mask and neck collar not just the face mask is important
My facial skin looks way better than my neck as that’s where I’ve been using all of my anti aging devices like ZIIP halo, the CurrentBody mask, etc. So now my neck and chest looks way older than my face! When I saw LED Esthetics also did a red light therapy collar for the neck I wanted to try that too. To try and get the skin on my neck to look more like my face.
If you’re on the fence about whether to get it or not, it is quite a bit cheaper to buy as a bundle than to wait to buy the LED neck mask later.
LED Esthetics Glotech mask pro and collar before and after photos
These are my LED Esthetics Glotech Mask Pro and Collar before and after videos so you don’t have unrealistic expectations and know to be patient with it. Sorry, I tried to get the tan to match up but I am more tanned in the 1 week after photos.
For the best results they recommend using the red light 5–7 times per week for 4–6 weeks and 4–5 times per week for 4–6 weeks for the blue light. After 6 weeks you can reduce to using it 2-4 x per week.
Because it’s a slow process to stimulate collagen and get results I highly recommend taking before and after photos so you can check your progress. It’s much easier to see that way than looking in the mirror everyday as it’s not something you’re going to notice day to day but over a couple of months.
I’m going to keep adding before and after photos to this LED Esthetics Glotech Mask Pro review over time so you can decide for yourself whether it works or not and whether it works enough to justify the price tag.
Here’s the immediate Glotech™ Pro Mask + Collar before and after results to start. I’ll update at 4 weeks since LED Esthetics say:
Get clinical level anti-aging and acne-clearing results from home—in as little as 3 weeks.

CurrentBody VS Glotech mask red light therapy mask which is the best LED face mask
I’ve reviewed Currentbody’s LED mask before so I wanted to share the differences between Glotech and CurrentBody LED masks so you can decide which is right for you. They’re an investment and it can be hard to know the differences if you don’t know what to look for.
Currently the Glotech Promask and CurrentBody LED masks are both portable, wireless and rechargeable and have easy to do 10 minute treatments.
They also have the same red light treatment mode and power outputs for the Red+NIR treatment mode RED 630nm NIR 830nm. However, the Glotech Pro Mask also has a blue light treatment at 430nm in the same device. If you want blue light therapy from CurrentBody you have to buy their separate blue light mask.
The blue light is for treating acne, minimizing pore size and acne scars and preventing future breakouts.
Comfort wise, they’re both made of similar if not the same material and are equally flexible. I like the ear hooks on the CurrentBody mask to help prevent it from slipping as they’re quite heavy. It also comes with goggles in case you’re sensitive to the lights.
Whereas as Glotech doesn’t have the ear hooks or goggles but comes with removable eye pads for comfort. These are great if you have longer lashes or lash extensions. The 1st time I wore it I wore it without the eye pads and did it up too too tight, so it left red marks. When I use the eye pads and do it slightly looser it’s much more comfortable and doesn’t leave as much of a mark.
However, it can start to slip then as it doesn’t have ear hooks like the currentbody mask which helps it stay on better. I wish this one had that as I find the straps slip as the material is super soft. One quick fix for this if it starts to slip, is to tie your hair in a ponytail and then rest head strap on top of that (as shown in the video). That way it can’t slip and your hair’s not going to get caught in the velcro.
So right now, the blue led treatment sets Glotech above Currentbody’s LED mask to me anyway but brands are always coming out with new things so subscribe so you don’t miss any updates.
Is it safe to use while using retinol or do all retinol products have to be discontinued before using a red light therapy mask
LED Esthetics said:
Retinol and/or Vitamin C is never recommended to use before using Red light therapy.
LED Esthetics
They recommend applying your retinol 5-10 minutes after your RLT treatment instead.
However, LED Esthetics have thought of everything because most of us love our retinol. So they’ve created an Ageless complex serum with Bukuchiol and Vitamin C. Bukuchiol is the world’s natural retinol. So it has all of the same benefits, but none of the harsh side effects and is safe to use with this LED mask
Is this the best LED face mask? Do I recommend the LED Esthetics Glotech red light therapy mask
Yes this LED face mask is definitely one I recommend if you’re looking for the benefits listed above and have the patience to wait for the results. To ensure you get the best results and the most out of your mask you need to use it the amount of times they suggest. Their serum is another way to get the most out of it.
Another reason I like the Glotech mask besides the tech, is that I’ve also had a really good experience with their customer service in getting answers and the right products.
