Red dresses are one of those styles that always make an impact. It’s a color I turn to when I need a confidence boost and want to feel feminine and sexy. The best red dresses for women include lots of trending cut outs, bodycon shapes and sexy but elegant lace. These red mini dresses, midis, maxis and cocktail dresses are some of my favorites I’ve worn this year as well as some of the hottest dresses. What’s on my red dress wish list
My absolute favorite red mini dress is the Amanda Uprichard backless style which I’d wear for date night on the strip with Mr. Dawes. I wear a lot of Amanda Uprichard as the quality and fit is consistent and the styles tend to be simple but elegant.
The other is a sexy bodycon burnt orange/red mini for sunset drinks. For a red midi, it’s the Reformation bustier all the way. For a designer red dress the Balmain with the hip high slit is hard to beat.
What’s on the best red dresses edit
There are so many stunning red dresses out there this year that it made it hard to narrow it down to these 25 from casual to red cocktail dresses. Some of them are on sale, like the ones at Intermix which sell out fast so I’ll try and replace them once they sell out.
If money’s of no object, my favorite designer red dress is the Balmain maxi which is so sexy! It’s the ultimate head turner and statement style. As always, I have a quite a few saved on Revolve as free shipping and free returns is a non negotiable to me.
