I’m just scratching the surface in this article, there’s so much more to learn about the science behind stem cell treatments and the benefits they offer. How much prep and downtime is there for stem cell therapy in Mexico
You can ask all of your questions like these during your consultation. But basically before your treatment you can’t work out hard the week before as stem cells are attracted to inflammation. CPI stem cells Mexico also don’t want you to increase or decrease inflammation beforehand as things like Cortisone can keep you from doing stem cells for 3 months!

Is it safe to go to Mexico for stem cell therapy?
This was one of my first questions since I thought the Cellular Performance Institute was located in Tijuana Mexico. The hospital is actually located outside of Tijuana on the beach and you stay in the Hyatt Hotel while you’re there which they say is in a “very upscale part of the city”. They also shuttle you back and forth in a private sprinter van, so no need for public transport. They also include travel back to the USA from Mexico.
How are the stem cells administered at the Cellular Performance Institute Mexico
This depends on what you’re having treated. They explained to me that stem cells are injected into the area(s) you want to target. They tend to do both direct injections and an IV so the stem cells can go to where they’re needed the most and to your organs to accelerate the healing. The reason being, that they don’t see a ton of tissue growth if they just do IV, which is why doing both is best. Although IV Is good for autoimmune diseases.
How long do the stem cell therapy benefits last for?
I wanted to know this as I want to know how often you need to keep going back. I was told that this depends on severity and variables like how much certain areas of our bodies change. E.g. our faces constantly facing age and environmental factors so anti-aging facials will need repeating and aren’t a one and done thing. Other areas with dense tissue like Miniscus will also need follow ups versus discs which seem to do well with 1 treatment.
