Last year I was torn between Veja and the Golden Goose black and white leather sneakers. Golden Goose are famous for their worn in, distressed look but this seasons Golden Goose are box fresh white. I love the clean new look but these luxury white sneakers cost a pretty pennt.
I ordered the Veja Esplar sustainable sneakers as they’re such good value and ethically made. I’d tried a couple of styles and ended up with this style sneaker as the other Veja’s tongue came too high and dug into my ankles.
The women’s Veja Esplar sneakers run true to size. I was told to size up and they were like boats so order your normal size in this style.
I just ordered the all white womens Nike Air Force 1 ’07’s with the white sole for 2023. Although contrast soles and exaggerated treads are in style for 2023. So if you wanted something a bit different go for the Shadow AF1’s. Definitely size down 1/2 to a whole size in this style. I’m normally a 6.5-6 in Nike and ended up with a size 6!
