Free online spin class! First off, I’m sorry YouTube made me mute the music for this free indoor cycling video online but hey some might prefer me on mute and you can crank up your favorite tunes or use the actual playlist below. I first filmed this virtual spin class as an Instagram live during lockdown to keep us all accountable and connected! So here’s the replay you can do in your own time and come back to whenever you want.

There are lots more different free no equipment workouts on here that aren’t silent (with music and direction) you can do from home with no equipment if you don’t have an indoor bike or want to do a spin class.

Free Virtual Spin Class at Home
If you don’t have a spin bike, there are plenty of places to pick up a second hand spin bike if you don’t want to fork out for a Peloton or new one.
You can get just as good of a workout and the same sweat on you’d get in a live cycling class in the studio on your home spin bike if you have the motivation.
I apologize that the replay is a silent spin class due to copyright and when I muted the music it mutes all audio so you can’t hear me either. However, I have added the complete playlist below if you like to ride to the beat like I do.

Most apps like Peloton charge monthly fees so I wanted to share free indoor cycling videos online for you to be able to access at anytime. Have fun!
These are the padded bike shorts I wear to make things more comfortable. There are lots of brands but these are quick dry and I don’t slip off the seat like I have with some other materials as they have an anti skid design.

I’ve added my playlist for this free online spin class below so you can either download these and follow along on tempo or just play whatever you like.
If you prefer instruction tune in live as muting the music also mutes my instruction. However, if you prefer to not have me talking you can either mute the IG live or watch this version. I’m pretty picky about my instructors too and one of the benefits of online classes is you can mute the instructor.
I’m just here to make suggestions and keep you motivated but you do what you need to do to get what you want from the class. If it’s not long enough for my hardcore peeps, play it twice!
