10 Minute Total Body Workout at Home – No Equipment Calorie Scorching Workout

10 minute workout with no equipment that you can do at home or anywhere are one of the best ways to workout if you’re short on time. All you need is 10 minutes and your own bodyweight. It can be a lot harder to get motivated to workout at home and to put together a full body workout no equipment needed but they are so effective. Especially as it sometimes means doing something different and working the body differently with different exercises. Changing your workouts up is a great way to keep challenging your body and avoiding plateau’s.

This full body workout no equipment version is a 10 minute workout and one of the harder ones but easy to squeeze into a busy day. If you want more or a longer workout just repeat it as many times as you want. The hubby and I just did it once (no shame in that) and were both sore the next day (his glutes and quads and my shoulders and ribs). These are pure body weight and plyo exercises you can do anywhere you have room to lie down (not on the bed!).

If you think a 10 minute workout won’t do anything, 10 minutes of daily exercise actually helps you lose weight or maintain a healthy BMI and it has proven to be very effective. Plus, it’s great for our mental health, attainable and maintainable.

Excuse-proof at home total body workout no equipment routine:

Benefits of working out at home:

  • No equipment needed.

  • My shortest workout is 3 1/2 minutes and I struggled to walk the next day!

Get fired up, press play, start moving and get your sweat on with this full body workout, no equipment needed.
