Total Body Workout at Home – No Equipment Calorie Scorching Workout
Total body workouts at home are one of the best ways to workout if you’re short on time. All you need is 10 minutes and your own bodyweight. It can be a lot harder to get motivated to workout at home and to put together workouts but they are so effective. Especially as it means sometimes doing something different and working the body differently with different exercises.
This workout’s 10 minutes long and one of the harder ones but easy to squeeze into a busy day. If you want more just repeat it as many times as you want. The hubby and I just did it once (no shame in that) and were both sore the next day (his glutes and quads and my shoulders and ribs). These are pure body weight and plyo exercises you can do anywhere you have room to lie down (not on the bed!).
If you think 10 minutes won’t do anything, 10 minutes of daily exercise actually helps you lose weight or maintain a healthy BMI and it has proven to be very effective. Plus, it’s great for our mental health which is more important now than ever as we are all adapting to a new way of living, but we’ve got this!

Cool Down Stretches
Make sure you take a few minutes to bring the heart rate back down after this total body workout and do static stretches for 10-30 seconds. These stretches are specifically for the ones you just worked: chest, triceps, hamstrings, quads and calves. Your body will thank you later on.
