What is red light therapy
Red light therapy LED Masks have become increasingly popular over recent years but what is red light therapy.

How to use CurrentBody LED Light Therapy Face Mask Series 2
You’ll need to charge your mask fully to start using the cable it came with. The lights will flash while charging and then go solid when they’re fully charged.
Once it’s charged, unplug it and attach whichever head strap your prefer. Watch the YouTube video for the full tutorial on how to attach both of those and to find your perfect fit. Plus my tip to stop them slipping and to protect your hair.
It doesn’t matter what time of day you use your mask but you’re going to want to start with a clean and dry face. So that there’s nothing to cause irritation or to block the LED lights penetrating your skin to the fullest.

The before photos were taken on January 9th and the after photos 11 weeks later on March 28th.
