Are knee high boots still in style 2024? Yes, yes and yes! Women’s knee high boots and tall boots were all over the runways for 2024. It’s one of my favorite footwear trends this season so I’ve been hunting down the best ones. I always love boot season but have been wearing ankle boots and over the knee boots the last few years. So knee high boots AKA tall boots are a welcome comeback. I feel like every woman needs at least 2 pairs. One flat pair for running around everyday and another pair of high heel neutral or black knee high boots for work, date nights and a more feminine look. Are knee high boots still in style 2024
Yes, knee high boots AKA tall boots are in style for 2024 and have taken over from ankle styles for 2024. While ankle boots and over the knee/thigh high boots will always be a wardrobe staple and aren’t out, the most on trend length is the classic knee high boot. Look for details like stiletto heels, pointed toes (yes they’re back), buckles, black, all shades of red and metallic tall boots.

Knee-high boots always looks stylish and sexy. Plus they go with pretty much everything in your wardrobe from jeans to sweater dresses. Sometimes fashion show and runway looks don’t translate into real life but these looks are easy to be inspired by.
Boots are something I look forward to pulling out of storage every Fall. If you’re wanting a classic, go for black knee high boots that you can wear year after year. I also have one pair of Chloe knee high boots that have been on repeat for about 15 years and buckles are in for 2024!

I just got a new pair of black leather knee high boots (pictured above) for this season that run true to size and are made of the softest leather. The toe’s more square than I’d normally wear but they’re still in style. As seen on Hailey Bieber (Vogue on date night with Justin 8/18).
As well as these cream and black toe cap suede tall boots for Spring 2024. Ok they’re not the most practical color and material but they were on sale. Making them too good to miss and I gave them a good coating of suede protector.
Are designer knee high boots worth investing in?
It really depends on your budget and how much you’ll wear them and your budget. Designer knee high boots aren’t something I have a problem investing in as I get so much CPW out of them.
I got these Chloe knee high boots when I was living in London in the noughties and I still get so much wear out of them. Plus buckle details and oxblood red are back in style for 2024.
I liked them as the color was a bit different but still goes with everything. The stacked heel works on the cobbled streets of Covent Garden and walking all day and they have the iconic Chloe buckle.
